What does it cost to hire a private investigator?
Typical rates run between $ 60.00-$ 250.00 per hour depending on the agency. This is paid whether it is for investigative work or simply for time spent traveling to and from the job area. Then there is also usually a fee per mile on top of these fees that range from 20 cents per mile up to as high as .75 cents per mile.
How are your rates so low?
First of all, we do all of our own investigating in Florida. The vehicles that we use are compacts and all average at least 30 miles per gallon. This helps to keep your costs down. Even then, with the rising costs of fuel and practically every thing else, we do not know how long we will be able to charge the low fees that we do.
Our Private Investigation Rates
We charge only $ 50.00 per hour for one investigator. (4 hour minimum) We do not charge any fees for miles traveled. This can save you big money on your investigation! We provide video and/or pictures free! You may even be able to save more money by using GPS or unmanned surveillance. All investigations are taken on a first come first served basis and a retainer must be paid in advance unless other arrangements are made. We will give you regular updates and you decide if you want to continue the investigation or not. Any amount of the retainer not used is refunded.
